By using Soundflik, you agree to comply with this policy and all other applicable Soundflik policies and Terms and Conditions.
1. Reasons for Account Suspension or Termination
Soundflik may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if a user:
- Violates the Terms and Conditions or any Soundflik policy.
- Uploads copyrighted content without authorization.
- Provides false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Impersonates another person, artist, business, or organization.
- Uses fake identities or multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempts to manipulate streams, downloads, donations, votes, or other platform features through bots or deceptive practices.

- Uploads malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users.
- Publishes content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by our policies.

2. Temporary Suspension

- Payment or withdrawal activity requires review.

- Repeated violations after prior warnings or suspensions.
A permanently terminated account may lose access to uploaded content, subscriptions, and other platform features, subject to applicable law.
4. Content Removal
When an account is suspended or terminated, Soundflik may:
- Remove content that violates our policies.
- Disable access to uploaded content.
- Restrict future uploads.
- Preserve certain information where required by law or for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
5. Earnings and Payments
If an account is suspended or terminated, Soundflik may:
- Delay or place a temporary hold on pending withdrawals while reviewing the account.
- Withhold earnings that are reasonably believed to be connected to fraud, copyright infringement, or other policy violations, where permitted by law.
- Release eligible funds after any required review is completed, if appropriate.
6. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact Soundflik Support to request a review.
When submitting an appeal, you should provide:

- A description of why you believe the action was incorrect.
- Any supporting documents or evidence that may assist our review.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that your account will be reinstated.
7. User Responsibilities
To help keep your account in good standing, you should:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Protect your login credentials.
- Upload only content you own or are authorized to distribute.
- Respect the rights of other users.
- Follow all Soundflik policies and applicable laws.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account promptly.
8. No Circumvention
Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated must not attempt to bypass the action by creating new accounts or using another person's account without Soundflik's permission.
Soundflik may suspend or terminate any account created or used to circumvent an enforcement action.
9. Policy Updates
Soundflik may update this Account Suspension and Termination Policy from time to time.
The updated version will become effective when published on the Platform. Continued use of Soundflik after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
