Advertiser Eligibility
At Soundflik, we welcome businesses, brands, artists, record labels, event organizers, and individuals who wish to promote products and services that are relevant to our community. To maintain a safe and trustworthy platform, all advertisers must meet the following requirements.
Who Can Advertise
To advertise on Soundflik, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to act on behalf of a business.
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Own or have permission to promote the products, services, or content in your advertisement.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
Prohibited Advertisements
Soundflik does not allow advertisements that promote or contain:
- Illegal products or services.
- Copyright-infringing content.
- Fraudulent or misleading claims.
- Adult or sexually explicit content.
- Hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Gambling or betting services where prohibited by law.
- Drugs, counterfeit products, or other illegal goods.
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive websites.
Content Review
All advertisements are subject to review before approval. Soundflik reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement that violates our policies or may negatively affect our users.
Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Their advertisements are truthful and not misleading.
- Their landing pages are functional, secure, and relevant to the advertisement.
- They have the legal rights to all images, logos, music, videos, and other materials used in their advertisements.
Account Standing
Advertisers who repeatedly violate Soundflik's policies may have their advertising privileges suspended or permanently revoked without prior notice.
Policy Updates
Soundflik may update these eligibility requirements from time to time. Continued use of our advertising services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these policies.
