8. Copyright Ownership
Uploading content to Soundflik does not transfer ownership of your copyright.
Artists retain ownership of their original works while granting Soundflik the limited license necessary to host, display, stream, promote, and, where enabled by the artist, allow downloads of the content.

Soundflik is a platform that enables artists to upload and manage their own content. We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content and are not responsible for disputes regarding copyright ownership between users or third parties.
