4. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly upload content that infringes the rights of others may be subject to:
- Removal of infringing content.
- Temporary suspension of upload privileges.
- Permanent suspension or termination of their Soundflik account.
- Loss of access to monetization features, including donations and withdrawals.
5. False or Fraudulent Notices
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright complaints or counter-notifications is prohibited.
Soundflik may reject fraudulent requests and take appropriate action against users who abuse the copyright reporting process.
6. No Transfer of Ownership
Removing content from Soundflik does not affect the ownership of the underlying copyright.
Artists retain ownership of their original works, and copyright owners retain all legal rights provided under applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Soundflik is a platform that allows artists to upload and manage their own content. We do not verify ownership of every upload before publication and are not responsible for disputes between copyright owners and users.
However, we will act in good faith to investigate and respond to valid copyright complaints.
