7. Donations and Payments
Eligible artists may receive donations from fans through Soundflik.
To receive payouts, artists may be required to:
- Complete identity verification.
- Meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.
- Provide accurate payment details.
- Comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.
Soundflik may deduct applicable service or payment processing fees before completing withdrawals.
8. Copyright
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
If Soundflik receives a valid copyright complaint, we may remove the reported content, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action in accordance with our Copyright Policy and Copyright Takedown Policy.
9. Promotions and Advertising
Artists and businesses using Soundflik's promotion or advertising services must comply with the applicable Promotion Terms and Advertiser Eligibility Policy.
Purchasing promotional services does not guarantee streams, downloads, donations, followers, or commercial success.
10. Subscriptions and Paid Services
Certain features may require payment.
By purchasing a subscription or paid service, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms published by Soundflik.
11. Suspension and Termination
Soundflik may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Upload infringing or illegal content.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
We may also remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

- Results from using the Platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
