9. Removal of Content
Artists may remove their uploaded content at any time, subject to any legal or contractual obligations.
Soundflik may also remove content if it violates our policies or applicable laws.
10. Repeat Copyright Infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload copyrighted or unauthorized content may face:
- Removal of the infringing content.
- Suspension of upload privileges.
- Permanent account termination.
- Loss of eligibility for monetization, donations, or other platform features.
11. Limitation of Liability
Soundflik is not responsible for disputes between artists, copyright owners, record labels, publishers, or other third parties regarding ownership or licensing of uploaded content.
Artists remain solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights before uploading.
