These Subscription and Billing Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of paid subscriptions and other paid services offered by Soundflik. By subscribing to or purchasing a paid service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription Services
Soundflik may offer free and paid services, including but not limited to:
- Premium artist memberships.
- Music promotion packages.
- Verification services.
- Advertising plans.
- Featured artist placements.
- Other subscription-based or one-time paid services introduced by Soundflik.
The features included with each plan will be described at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility
To purchase a subscription or paid service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if permitted by applicable law.
- Have a valid Soundflik account.
- Provide accurate billing and payment information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and Soundflik policies.
3. Billing
By purchasing a subscription or paid service, you authorize Soundflik or its payment service providers to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
Charges may include:
- Subscription fees.
- One-time service fees.
- Applicable taxes, where required by law.
- Payment processing fees, if disclosed at checkout.
4. Subscription Renewals
If a subscription is offered on a recurring basis, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
The renewal fee will be charged using your saved payment method at the applicable rate in effect at the time of renewal.
If a subscription is not set to renew automatically, it will expire at the end of the purchased subscription period unless renewed by you.
5. Pricing
Subscription prices and service fees are displayed before payment.
Soundflik reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect the current billing period but may apply to future renewals or new purchases.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Soundflik Support.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to the subscribed features until the end of your current paid period, unless your account is suspended or terminated under our policies.
7. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- One-time service fees are non-refundable once the service has begun.
- Promotion fees are non-refundable after a campaign has started.
- Verification fees are non-refundable after the verification review process has begun.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, Soundflik may:
- Retry the payment.
- Suspend access to paid features.
- Downgrade your account to a free plan.
- Cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.
You remain responsible for any outstanding charges incurred before cancellation.
9. Account Suspension
Soundflik may suspend or terminate access to paid services if:
- Payment is fraudulent or unauthorized.
- You violate our Terms of Service or other platform policies.
- Your account is involved in illegal or abusive activities.
Suspension or termination under these circumstances may result in the loss of access to subscription benefits without a refund, except where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to Subscription Services
Soundflik may modify, replace, or discontinue subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other government charges associated with your purchases, unless Soundflik is required by law to collect and remit them.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soundflik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of subscription services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
13. Changes to These Terms
Soundflik may update these Subscription and Billing Terms from time to time.
The updated version will become effective when published on the platform. Continued use of paid services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
