These Music Promotion Terms govern the promotion services offered by Soundflik. By purchasing or using any promotion service, you agree to these terms.

1. Promotion Services

Soundflik offers promotional services to help artists increase the visibility of their music. Promotion services may include:

• Featured placement on the Soundflik homepage.
• Promotion in music categories or playlists.
• Banner advertisements.
• Social media promotion through Soundflik's official channels.
• Featured artist recommendations.
• Other promotional opportunities offered by Soundflik.

The availability of promotion services may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use Soundflik's promotion services, you must:

• Have an active Soundflik account.
• Own or have the legal rights to promote the music.
• Ensure that your content complies with all Soundflik policies.

Soundflik may reject promotion requests that do not meet these requirements.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While Soundflik works to maximize the visibility of promoted content, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of streams or downloads.
• A certain amount of donations or earnings.
• A particular ranking on the platform.
• New followers or fans.
• Commercial success or record label opportunities.

Promotion increases exposure but does not guarantee performance.

4. Content Standards

Music submitted for promotion must not:

• Infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Contain illegal or fraudulent material.
• Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Include sexually explicit content that violates Soundflik policies.
• Contain malware, harmful links, or deceptive content.

Soundflik reserves the right to reject promotional content that does not meet these standards.

5. Payments

Promotion fees must be paid before a campaign begins.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All promotion fees are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
• Promotional campaigns cannot be paused or transferred after approval.
• Pricing may change without prior notice.

6. Campaign Duration

Each promotion package has its own duration and placement. Promotions will end automatically when the purchased period expires unless renewed.

7. Editorial Independence

Purchasing promotion does not influence Soundflik's editorial decisions or guarantee placement in editorial recommendations, playlists, or featured collections beyond the services included in the selected promotion package.

8. Fraud and Artificial Activity

Artists must not attempt to manipulate promotional results through:

• Fake accounts.
• Automated bots.
• Artificial streams, downloads, or donations.
• Click fraud.
• Any other deceptive practices.

Soundflik may cancel promotions and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity without issuing a refund.

9. Cancellation

Soundflik may refuse, suspend, or cancel a promotion if:

• The promoted content violates our policies.
• Required information is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
• Payment cannot be verified.

10. Limitation of Liability

Soundflik is not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages resulting from the performance or outcome of any promotional campaign.

11. Changes to These Terms

Soundflik may update these Music Promotion Terms at any time. Continued use of our promotion services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
